My name is alex and I felt it necessary to thank you guys for your product as it literally hit home for me.

My buddy is a marathon runner and I was talking to him about my not so good situation at home. What I mean by that is I have a very stressful job that really wears me out on a daily basis. This may seem silly but to me it means alot. I have always been a little on the heavy side, not really obese but definately not thin. On alot of these dasting sites that I have been trying there is a section where your list your body type and I was always envious of the people on there that had thin or althetic bodies. I have tried working out but can never get enough energy to get the workout that I need.
